Making a purchase
You can buy any of my products via the Web Shop.
Simply browse through my range, click on an item for an enlarged picture and more product details.
To buy any item, confirm the quantity required, complete any additional information and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can add as many items as you wish this way. You can change your order or review it via the button ‘View Cart / Checkout’.
At the checkout please provide me with your address, telephone number, and Email address. This enables me to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, and to allow me to get in touch with you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
When you have finished shopping, press the checkout button at the bottom of the page.
Credit Card Security
I know of no cases of credit card fraud using my shopping system.
Payments are handled by Sagepay formerly PROTX which has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).
Please note, the PADLOCK SYMBOL ONLY APPEARS when you press the "proceed to our secure server" button.
Terms and Conditions
Carriage
Carriage within the UK is FREE OF CHARGE .
I can now deliver BREADBOARDS to USA, Canada and Australia at a further cost of £12 per Breadboard, this is by Airmail, and ususally takes 5 working days.
Delivery to Europe is £5 extra.
The Woodcarver has no hidden costs, and at present there is NO VAT to add to any prices, which are shown in GBP
Delivery
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail.
For Commemorative Breadboards please allow 6 weeks after clearance of payment. Other Kitchenware will usually be sent 2 weeks after payment clearance. I will try my very best to accomodate an urgent order, but naturally it is dependant on how much work I have at the time.
Therefore for very urgent orders please contact me before placing your order!
Guarantee
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please inform me within 7 days. In the case of faulty goods, I will replace or refund the item concerned.
Returns policy
You may return any item in it’s original condition within 10 days for a full refund; except personalised Commemorative Breadboards.
When making an order for a Commemorative Breadboard, please check all details and the spelling are correct, as I will inscribe the board as it appears on the Order Form. I will not refund carriage costs, unless it is as a result of my error. Please package all goods securely, as I cannot refund any goods that are damaged on return.
Privacy policy
I am committed to protecting your privacy. As such I will only use information that you provide to deal with your order, and to enable me to provide the best possible service.
Note that I fully comply with The Data Protection Act 1998.
I will not use your details for mailing purposes.
I will only collect information about you when you place an order with me.
